A sustainable ecommerce fashion brand that manufactures all of its products domestically in the United States, BGREEN has delivered quality clothing to its customers for nearly two decades. In addition to selling clothing, BGREEN leverages its website to differentiate from competitors — from sharing backstory on the family-run business to transparent information about their zero-waste factory. Having experienced pain points using other solutions, founder and CEO Mike Farid decided to relaunch the company’s website with Squarespace Select after 15 years of managing a custom website, followed by four years on an ecommerce platform that lacked strong customer support.

While Farid was first drawn to Squarespace because of the platform’s design-forward capabilities, which align with BGREEN’s aesthetic standards as a fashion brand, Select also provided a solution for the business’s desire for more personal support. Farid notes, “We consider our account manager part of our team. I believe she would say the same if you asked her. After relaunching with Squarespace, BGREEN reported a 50% increase in new visitors in the first 30 days.
